PORTAL TRINE MEDITATION TAPESTRY

Symbology:

The three, central symbols are 'diamond portals'. The portals are depicted with extended lines at the top and bottom, representing root and canopy growth of a tree. The bottom lines symbolize the roots, with the top lines representing a canopy with the canopy's reach/growth dependent on the roots growth and nourishment. Trees have an interconnected root system, shared like an underground web throughout entire forests or communities, with one tree being able to heal and protect another tree through their roots.

The trine, represents embracing harmony with our past, present and future. The portals (shown as diamonds) are the key to our transformation. Many of us live playing out patterns or moments of the past in our present moments - this is meant to remind us that we are able to step into a portal frequency and reframe any negative narratives we are playing out to transmute them to serve us rather than hold us back.

At the base, we see a u-shape, embracing the three diamond portals which symbolizes the concept of 'letting go to rise' - a process of shedding or letting go in order to rise into alignment.

Handwoven in the Mid-Atlas Mountains of Morocco using traditional Berber weaving and natural dye methods, each tapestry is made of first quality wool.

Hang as a wall tapestry or for use on the floor. Designed for both summer and winter months, the wool (hairy side) can be flipped up in the winter months and the knotted side flipped up for the summer. The thick pile of this weaving along with the smaller size makes it a great tool for meditation, yoga flow or stretching on.
